Founder: Lisa Skalla, Paul's sister, lives in Spotswood, NJ. She teaches in the Toddler's Room at KIDDIE ACADEMY OF SPOTSWOOD. She is also a Nanny, to a year and one half old child.

Cofounder: Judy Skalla, Paul's mother, lives in Milltown, NJ and is a retired teacher.

Cofounder: Stephen Kreiger is a life long friend of Paul's. A former student at Bishop Ahr and member of the class of '94 baseball team. Steve met Paul at the age of three in a local nursery school and has been like a brother to Paul and a son to the Skalla family since that day. Steve is a Trooper with the New Jersey State Police.

Cofounder: John Kutner, is a Bishop Ahr classmate of Paul's and was also on the Class of '94 football team . John is Paul's close friend and is considered a son to the Skalla family. He is a graduate of Fordham University and The New York Law School. John is an attorney and holds a Doctorate Degree in Law.

Cofounder: Michael Lange, is a close friend and former classmate of Paul's from Bishop Ahr High school, a former member of the football team for '94 and the team's present defense coach. Mike is considered a son to the Skalla family and is employed by an office and industrial supply firm as a Regional Sales Representitive.

Cofounder: Christy Stoehr, serves as "Special Event Coordinator". Christy is a very close friend of Paul's and remains a dedicated friend to the Skalla family and the PKS Scholarship. Christy is employed by "oh so fabulous!", as a wedding coordinator.

Paul's Home at 56 South Main Street Milltown, NJ

Ken Skalla, Paul's father, lives in Milltown and is a retired Police Officer. He also maintains the scholarship website.

Brooke Kreiger, Mike Stoehr and Danny Offenburger serve as Auxiliary Co-Founders.
