P.K.S. BROTHERS & SISTERS...YOUR DONATION MONEY AT WORK!!!

In the spring of 2006, the Milltown Little League  contacted the Fund and asked if we could assist them in the purchase of a Cardiac Defibrillator. The National Little League was trying to get ALL town leagues to have one at their field.

We are proud to advise our family members, the PKS Fund has donated the entire purchase amount of $1,000.00 to the league. This device is stored in the field's new "Snack Shack"and could be used in the event of a heart attack during a game.

ALL members should take pride knowing our fund may save a life in the future.

The donation check was presented by Judy & Ken Skalla to Little League representative, Gary Walters, on May 6, 2006 at the Opening Day game.

Steve and Brooke Kreiger stand next to the cardiac defibrillator on Milltown Little League's 2006 opening day. Six league personnel were trained in it's use and it is ready in the event of illness.

In 2005, Kevin Kulbacki, from East Brunswick, was in the process of attaining the rank of EAGLE SCOUT in the Boy Scouts of America. As part of his community service requirement he collected books and monetary donations. These donations were given to the  RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE  in New Brunswick, near the cities hospitals.

THE PKS SCHOLARSHIP  donated $100.00 to aid in the furnishing of children's books for the facility. Your donations helped both the children's facility with books AND Kevin to attain his goal of EAGLE SCOUT!! THANKS AGAIN "Brother's & Sister's" for your generousity during the year!!

Our Fund's banner WAS proudly displayed high above the goal posts at Bishop Ahr's home football games during the 2006 season.

In early September 2006 our scholarship donated the funds to purchase "state of the art" digital video equipment to assist the school's coaching staff in reviewing their sporting events. The pictured lift is used by school personnel to record the football games. Also purchased were new uniform shirts for the football coaching staff.

Another donation that would not be possible wihout YOUR continued support! THANK YOU.
